What is YPIA?
Founded in 2008, Young People in the Arts (YPIA) is a volunteer-run networking and professional development organisation for those at the outset of their careers in the arts & culture sector. We host networking events, talks, debates, and more informal meetups.
Our Vision is that every early-career arts professional has the practical support they need to thrive in the arts & culture sector.
Our Mission is that we exist to inspire, connect, and support young people in the arts, in order to build a more successful, sustainable and resilient sector
About the roles
We are rebranding and want people who can come and help us rebuild the marketing department.
We are hiring three Marketing Specialists, as detailed below. Each of these roles we are looking for someone with experience in the area, but we prioritise early career candidates, so this experience can look very different. If you have made your own website before, or have a successful TikTok, we would love to hear from you.

We are rebranding and want people who can come and help us rebuild the marketing department. As a voluntary role, we want to prioritise you and your learning in this position and are open to your input in what work you do if there is anything in particular you want to learn about. We are recruiting for specialists in the field, who you will learn from and work directly with throughout your time with us.

We are open to your input and want to create a really beneficial role for you. We are offering these positions as an initial six-month contract, with the opportunity to extend. If you are studying and are only able to support us over summer, this is possible, but please mention this in your application.
