Arts Council England's CEO Darren Henley joined us in private-members club Century Soho on 23 February for a talk about his career and working in the arts in general. It was a very open-hearted talk about his first jobs, the challenges he faces as CEO and with many tips for ambitious young arts professionals. We live-tweeted the event with hashtag #YPIAtalk.
