About a year ago we invited Tate's Director Sir Nicholas Serota and Head of British Council Music Cathy Graham to join us at the Hospital Club and talk about their careers in the arts. What followed was an open conversations about their achievements and struggles, their qualities and fears and, most prominently, their tips for young arts professionals who want to follow in their footsteps one day.
