Who are you? What drives you? And what do you need? Sometimes the day to day experience prevents us from developing self-awareness. An introduction to the different ways of identifying the kind of person you are, so that you can make informed decisions about who you want to be in the future.

About Jon Jacob
Jon Jacob is a content producer specialising in marketing and communications in the classical music world, producing audio and video content for PRS for Music, the BBC, plus a range of international music festivals and venues. He produces the Thoroughly Good Classical Music Podcast.
Since training as an executive coach at the BBC in 2013, Jon has worked as an accredited International Coach Federation leadership coach, supporting leaders in the arts, media, PR, higher education and government.
